Terms of service

The terms for centres that use Talibi and for their staff.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Draft for the owner to review. This is not legal advice.

The service

Talibi is operated by FLOWZA ONLINE STORE L.L.C - S.P.C, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, trading as Talibi. By creating a centre account or using Talibi as a member of a centre’s staff, you accept these terms.

Accounts

The centre owner is responsible for who has access to the centre’s account, for the roles they are given, and for keeping sign-in details safe.

The centre’s responsibilities

The centre must have the right to store the data it adds about students and families, and the permission needed to message families on WhatsApp. The centre must follow WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy and must not use Talibi to send spam or unlawful content.

WhatsApp and payments

WhatsApp messages are sent through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform from the centre’s own WhatsApp Business Account. Meta charges the centre directly for WhatsApp messages under Meta’s terms and pricing. Online payments are processed by Stripe or Ziina under their own terms.

AI assistant

Drafts and suggestions from the AI assistant can be wrong. The centre decides what is sent to families and remains responsible for it.

Plans and fees

Talibi’s plan fees are those shown when the centre chooses a plan, or as agreed in writing.

Availability

We work to keep Talibi available and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Ending

A centre can stop using Talibi at any time and ask for its data to be exported or deleted. We may suspend an account that is used to break the law or these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Talibi is not liable for indirect losses, or for messages, fees or decisions a centre makes using Talibi.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
